The good Flemish folks at Stella Artois (Leuven, Bel) aren’t forgetting where “she” came from. Stella was first brewed in 1926 as a seasonal beer specially marketed for the Christmas holiday. It did so well, they’ve been pumping out the golden bubbly stuff ever since.
